As I expected, the transfer of the maintenance of the Lowestoft X1 buses, 37563 - 569 and 37156/7, is currently taking place. Whether this will mean that King's Lynn internal weekday diagrams like K3, K5, K17 and K19 will now be worked by any X1 Gemini, rather than 37570-9 or 37158-160 remains to be seen.
Today's service was worked by nine B9s and B7 37156. Naturally the latter was a late runner. 37578 on the 16.10 ex Peterborough also seemed to be running late and had not appeared through Walpole by 17.20.
